Tascosa Office Machines is seeking a full-time office administrator requiring the ability to input computer data, and answer the phone giving exceptional customer service with the potential of promotion. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and organized with a high value on teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Administrative Duties:
- Serve as a support for the office by answering the phone, screening and directing calls, and greeting office visitors and directing person(s) to the appropriate parties.
- Perform clerical tasks, take detailed memos, maintain files, and data entry.
- Support company leadership and other key staff members through completion of administrative tasks.
- Multi-task, prioritize and make decisions while performing a variety of tasks from cleaning/stocking the office break room to placing service calls and supply orders.
- Help to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Help to maintain the overall appearance of the office.
- Dispatch and Managing the Service Department
- Purchasing and Receiving Furniture, Supplies, and Equipment.
- Accurately Recording Equipment Meter Counts
- Providing Print Serves for customers.
- Preforming some Accounts Payable tasks.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
