What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at TASI Group?
Customer Service Specialist is responsible for interactions with customers regarding standard product orders. This individual will be the point of contact for order entry, status updates, and order inquires. A customer service specialist will work closely with the customer and sales reps to make sure orders are processed correctly to meet the customer’s needs.
Essential Functions of Position:
- Order entry
- Customer support with status updates or order questions via phone and electronic communications
- Following up with customers on incomplete orders
- Receiving serial tracked items sent to us for recertification
- Work closely with internal sales and external sales reps
- And all other duties requested by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, preferred
