- Work as a TEAM - assist in the service of ALL guests
- Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
- Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
- Restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
- Ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
- Proper and accurate cash handling and credit card processing
- Knowledge of all menu offerings and prices
- Adhere to all local and State liquor service laws
- AM and weekend availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting, and twisting
- Ability to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
