In this role, you will be responsible for a set number of large agency clients relationships within Tatari’s ever-growing portfolio. You will work across internal departments to ensure that client needs are met with the most superior management skills. You will be working directly with the portfolio of the agency/clients that leverage Tatari’s platform to service their portfolio of brand advertisers. Tatari is considered an extension to our agency partners’ businesses focused on their TV media program. Our platform is an enhancement to their offering within their agency client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales relationships for large accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor to your agency partners
- Listen to agency client needs, as well as identifying unknown or unmet needs
- Become an expert of all-things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems
- Guide partners through their TV advertising success, in coordination with our Media Buying team on a weekly basis
- Strategically craft narratives with your agency partners to support client expansion within their portfolio of client accounts
- Spend time and building relationships with agency partners (up to 10% travel)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, preferably majored in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration
- 3 years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions
- Ability to tell a story with data
- Proficient understanding of linear and streaming TV landscape
- Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
- Great presentation and listening skills—you come prepared to every meeting
- You’re at ease holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager. You’re not a salesperson
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Bonus: understanding of digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), programmatic experience, advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilities
