Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Fiverr, OneWheel and Chime—grow their business through linear and streaming TV. We combine a sophisticated media buying platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

We are growing rapidly as we accelerate our mission to automate the complex landscape of managing and measuring television advertising. We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.
We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role you will work closely with both our clients and client service managers and our solutions engineering teams to ensure the technical success of our customers post sales. You will act as the primary technical owner of customer implementation. You will play a key role in shaping Tatari’s client-integration processes, including integrating clients’ data streams into our platform.
Description:
- Work directly with Tatari’s clients to help get measurement data flowing into our platform and analytic results flowing back to the client
- Use your expertise to understand clients’ integration requirements and provide guidance for the best course of action
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Qualifications:
- Great communication skills—this role may require daily client interaction, and you need to be comfortable holding meetings with clients
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex “engineering language” into layman’s terms when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize all clients’ needs (sometimes clients need to be onboarded within 24 hours).
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Willingness to learn SQL and Python
- Minimum travel required
- Experience with the following is a plus:
- Python
- PostgreSQL
- Frontend development (Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- AWS (S3, Redshift, API Gateway, Cloudfront)
- Streaming data pipelines (Kafka, Storm, etc)
