Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
• 5 years of experience in General Dentistry is a plus
• IV Sedation, Advanced Oral Surgery, General Practice Residency (GPR) is a plus!
• We are looking for an individual that is Team-Focused, Sociable, Well-Coordinated, & Self-Disciplined

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation $185,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year and will be based on your experience & ability to deliver high quality treatment.
• You will either be paid a Percentage of Collections
• During your first 2 months, you will have the option to receive a guaranteed salary based on a daily rate.
• The Team at Tates Creek Dental is fully staffed, highly trained, and works together as a unit. Entering this practice, you will already have patients ready for care & the ability to grow your patient base.
• Open Door communication built on trust and respect
• Average New Patient flow of 30-40 New Patients per month
• Ability to learn and grow from Dr. King and access to a community of mentors ready to support your career
• Schedule will be 4-4.5 days / week with the option of expanding hours to meet patient care needs.
• Team culture based on doing the right thing for the patient – what is best for them as an individual, not what is best for the bottom line.
