About the Job:
We are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to deliver high-quality technical service to our customers. The Technical Services Consultant will work directly with the Technical Support team and Business Consultants of Taulia to ensure all goals of the department are successfully achieved!
This role allows for the opportunity to work with many prominent Taulia customers directly in the B2B space. Technical Integrations require a deep understanding of middleware capabilities in order to satisfy the business cases for the customers of Taulia.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Proficiency in Middleware technology similar to Babelway/Tradeshift, Mulesoft, or IBM (Sterling B2B Integrator), etc.
Extensive experience with connectivity methods like FTP, sFTP, and API.
Support or user experience with SAP FI or MM modules.
Experience with file structuring/formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving business processes and interconnected software systems.
Nice to have:
Experience in providing support to users/applications in a Customer facing role OR implementation experience with SAP (or other ERP like Oracle, Workday, Lawson, etc.) technologies (ECC, HANA, Workflow, Netweaver).
Great understanding of SAP configuration and the ABAP development language.
Experience with alternative ERP technologies such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.
Experience in workflow solutions like Kofax/Readsoft Process Director, Dolphin PTS workflow, or VIM Open Text workflow, etc.
Exposure to SAP BASIS tasks like supporting SAP System upgrade, EHP upgrades, support packs and connectivity resolution.
Participated in SAP implementation (HANA, ECC, Netweaver, etc).
EDI Experience with business to business implementations.
Microsoft Excel.
Data Analytics (SQL or Database utilization).
