Key Responsibilities of Household Manager:
- Overseeing the general operations of Ceo’s home.
- Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
- Event planning, organizing, and coordination
- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
- Assist with household functions such as paying bills, staffing, home operations, and more.
- Taking care of Ceo's adorable pets
- Running errands and performing necessary tasks
- Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, etc.
- Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
- Home cleaning duties
- Cooking meals for the family
- Laundering and putting away clothing, or changing linens
- Administrative duties (Scanning, Filing of documents, post office task, mailing task)
- Oversight of Ceo’s valuables
- Serve as a point of contact for emergencies and urgent queries
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for homeowners

Key Requirements of Household Manager:
- Background check
- Must be available 2 PM-6 PM AZ Monday-Friday and 9 AM-6 PM Saturday-Sunday
- Can work at Home location: Scottsdale, AZ
- 1099 position
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Proven work experience as Household Personal Assistant
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- A computer literate individual
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Experience managing super busy locations (like restaurants, supermarkets, offices, etc.)
- An ideal candidate is someone who is excited about growing with us as a firm and building a long-term family-like relationship with our CEO
