The Project Manager Continuous Improvement is responsible for the implementation activities at the TaylorMade Golf Company focusing on, but not limited to, product offerings and personalization programs. This position works closely with the key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute prioritized programs that support local and global strategies from business case definition through launch and stabilization. TaylorMade Golf continues to launch exciting customer-facing programs and this position is key in guaranteeing their successful launch. The Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Program Manager, Continuous Improvement. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Creates and executes program launch plans for approved and budgeted programs Crafts business cases and capital expense requests for stakeholder and/or executive approval, including identification and quantification of program costs and benefits Creates and tracks budgets for one-time and ongoing costs for approved programs through stabilization Identifies potential additional resources needed for CER or otherwise Plans and delivers communications to stakeholders; manages regular communication with implementation teams Plans, tracks, and reports on outputs and outcomes Leads reoccurring stakeholder update meetings; provides regular status updates on launch timeline risks and dependencies to Senior Program Manager and key stakeholders Tracks functional team and team member performance of tasks and goals Identifies and sets up tools and standards for each program Conducts regular audits and health checks on existing programs to ensure continued success Performs other responsibilities as required Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to guide and lead non-technical personnel to technical solutions Ability to lead implementation of solutions in areas of business not under scope of responsibility Demonstrated business financial acumen, organizational skills, project planning and management and team building Highly developed analytical, reasoning, and decision-making skills Advanced skills in troubleshooting/problem solving in area of expertise Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks Passion for sports required, with passion/interest/knowledge for golf strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to quickly learn various customer service, ecommerce and order fulfillment software Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field of study (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) 5-7 years of relevant work experience in program or project management Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other Quality Management System and associated tools (process mapping, VSM, PDCA, A3 and other tools) Advanced computer experience in data processing/evaluation and analysis Desired: Working familiarity with the Toyota Production System Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Ability to travel throughout North America and other destinations as necessary (up to 10%) Normal office, production and distribution center conditions Heavy phone and computer use Exposure to fumes, solvent, dirt, dust, and noise May be exposed to changing temperature conditions Physically able to lift 30 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, and perform routine tasks as required Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time TaylorMade Golf Company is an equal opportunity employer.
