Taylor Management is seeking a full time Facilities Manager in a luxurious high rise building on the water.
Responsibilities
- Management of Capital Reserve Projects and spending
- Management of Operating Maintenance of Building and Exteriors
- Interact with Homeowners
Requirements
- Must have 2 - 3 years of facilities experience
- Must have supervision experience
- Must be able to develop specifications for bigger jobs and select insured and appropriate vendors to bid
- Must be able to negotiate contracts
- Must be able to manage a budget
- Must maintain the operation of and keep detailed documentation related to all equipment
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must attend all Open Board meetings and provide updates and reports to the Board.regularly
- Must be able to conduct basic diagnosis and troubleshooting on issues that arise
