We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Communications to help develop integrated marketing plans and execute our brand strategy, in our mission to scale TB12 solutions globally. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will brief, plan, and execute brand communications for seasonal campaigns, product launches, center expansion, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drives development and execution of stories for the TB12 marketing communication channels (all social, public relations, blog, and campaign email)
  • Lead the integrated marketing and communications plan for product & services launches, driving execution of the plan in collaboration with functional leads across TB12 channels (social, email, public relations, influencer, content/blog)
  • Serves as brief owner for various content and creative briefs (digital and physical spaces) to support content strategy and integrated marketing plans. Provides direction to creative team as needed to make sure creative supports our brand strategy.
  • Leads development of the weekly content calendar, including cross-functional content planning with creative, marketing, digital, services, and product teams. Supports Director of Brand Marketing as a thought-partner on seasonal concept map and brand strategy.
  • Collaborates with the services team to integrate a robust Body Coach content library with brand content strategies, and drive execution with channel leads.
  • Supports the development and scale of an TB12 influencer program. Will impact overall influencer strategy as well as seasonal influencer plans, and support their in-market execution.
  • Supports Director of Brand Marketing to manage public relations/communications agency partnership, guiding execution of earned media and editorial plans
  • Oversees marketing projects and plans with external partners, including brand partnerships as well as creative and agency partners.
  • Assists with budget management of the consumer marketing spend and ROI analysis
  • Collaborates with the product team to ensure best-in-class go-to-market execution on all key product launches
  • Collaborates with the services team to ensure best-in-class go-to-market execution on all new TB12 owned Center openings, Partnerships and Corporate Wellness launches
  • Manages Social Media Coordinator and Editorial resources

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications & competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing omnichannel campaign development and execution
  • Experience managing external agency partners (especially public relations)
  • Must have experience in social and blog/content channels, with a competency in copywriting for consumer communications.
  • Experience integrating marketing and creative strategy to deliver impactful messages to the right people at the right time.
  • Strong analytical skills that leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive brand growth strategies
  • Experience driving a brand or consumer marketing function inclusive of content, social, public relations, media, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, sports, and fitness
