You must be detail oriented. You are comfortable communicating with multiple teams/partners to provide solutions and recommendations. You are able to mentor and train junior level employees joining the team, as well as manage junior level employee progress throughout projects to ensure a successful launch.

The Business Manager for the Headquarters Digital Solutions team on the Nissan (Tier 2/Retail) account can learn quickly, perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner without manager intervention on business-as-usual responsibilities. The Business Manager will execute and monitor the team's day-to-day processes: creative asset orchestration, functionality testing, dynamic platform management across social, display, online video. Given the nature of our Digital Solutions team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The Business Manager must also maintain and cultivate the various partner relationships. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Become an expert in Nissan's Tier 2 digital platform offerings
- Lead conversations regarding important system requirements and overall system structure while proactively collaborating across agency teams to ensure successful launch of RMP In & Near Market campaigns
- This includes but is not limited to: project initiation (self-start), task/role management and effective execution, fulfilling/distributing correct information/documents across internal/external teams to execute the creative orchestration and activation process for all RMP In Market, Near Market, and 3rd Party Auto campaigns
- Perform and provide critical updates on all tasks as instructed by direct supervisor/manager
- Perform regular creative audits of live assets to ensure technical functionality and asset correctness and lead troubleshooting efforts with internal teams/external vendors if needed
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on topic relevance for discussions and then proceed in leading regular status meetings and/or project kick-off calls
- Keep thorough documentation (comprehensive guides for new processes/system enhancements) to aide in knowledge retention/information awareness
- Will be required to speak on active projects including: project timelines, asset due dates, project launches/removals, upcoming workstreams, project requirements, guidelines, challenges and solutions
- Manage multiple projects and tasks at a time while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Apply agile and nimble critical thinking when problem solving - using past project experience, and understanding of platform specifics and Nissan's business structure
- Must be comfortable presenting & leading educational sessions with internal teams (headquarters/regional offices) and external partners.
- Must be able to prepare onboarding materials relevant to presentation audience
- Mentor, train, and monitor task completion/correctness of junior level employees, while encouraging a problem solving/self-starting mentality in junior level employees
- Work with the team & Business Manager counterpart to think critically through proposed projects and determine technical feasibility for each platform
- Participate in the investigation to find innovative digital solutions for evolving/expanding digital platforms
