Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to sale TCA's educational programs and services.
- Set appointments for interested clients to engage with our expert coaches and learn more about our private club to aid the sale.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of TCA's offerings and address any initial inquiries potential clients may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve appointment-setting goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the benefits of TCA's programs persuasively.
- Comfortable handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
- Motivated and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate and business education is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
