Job Summary:
Delivers exceptional customer experience and services by assisting with managing, leading, coaching, and developing the store team.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities * Assist with staffing, scheduling, team training, development, coaching for high-performance * Performs and provides consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours * Build a positive, customer service, and goal -oriented environment * Assist with development of employees for, engagement, positive performance, growth and promotion with appropriate responsibilities * Proficient of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology * Ensures audit-compliant based according to standards * Ensures effective and efficient store operations * Implement the Verge Mobile policy, processes and procedures * Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hours
Other Duties * Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience * Two years of retail/sales experience * High school diploma or GED and 4 years of retail experience * Associates or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of retail experience * Excellent verbal and written communication * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Sales and sales management experience * Operational and financial management experience * Wireless industry experience * Work varied shifts, seven days per week, may include evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of retail experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
