Full-Time Regional Trainer
T-Mobile Premium Retailer – TCC Wireless
The Regional Trainer is responsible for the overall training culture and performance of a designated region in the United States, and the onboarding and facilitation of New Hire training curricula through a virtual and live/hybrid methodology.
Essential Functions
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Execute the People Team strategy for TCC and T-Mobile required training curricula.
- Facilitate and deliver a new hire training experience for a large group of learners both live in-person, and others joining remotely.
- Partner with Human Resources to onboard newly hired employees
- Drive T-Mobile required training metrics and meet minimum expectations for performance.
- Drive training culture at a regional level to emphasize activating on new trainings rather than waiting for courses to be due.
- Contribute and engage as a member of the Regional Leadership Team providing support on all training programs, and regional initiatives not necessarily related to training.
- Set the example of good as a brand ambassador of the People team and represent the values of TCC with all learners, field employees, and leaders.
- Partner with field leadership and support partners to drive completions and address training gaps from a “dotted-line” reporting relationship.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in virtual facilitation through industry-preferred facilitation programs like Adobe Connect.
- Strong knowledge of instructor training techniques, facilitation expertise, and the VAK model Experience implanting the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Proven history and expertise in partnering with senior leaders, influencing without authority, and creating life-long partnerships.
- Experience in partnering closely with retail sales environments to further training execution and achieve company goals.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success with cross-functional collaboration.
- Results driven, ensuring short-term goals are achieved.
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonally and systemically A mature, confident professional who motivates others by goal setting, creating a team atmosphere and leading by example.
- Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity, and character.
- Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Wireless or Telecom experience is preferred.
- Thrives in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
