Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Junior Java Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Java Development / JEE
Strong hands-on experience in Java (11), Spring Boot, Angular, Mongo, Java Microservice Infrastructure Tools, Microservice Architecture Pattern, REST API
Knowledge and experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Independent and highly motivated individual with high impact communication and great problem-solving skills.
Fluent English.
Must-Have Skills
Programming experience with Java with an understanding of OOP, Java EE
Knowledge of web application development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Spring, REST Services, Microservices, AWS, SQL
Work Authorization
US Citizen or a Green Card Holder is a Must
