Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the development (post product development/marketing launch) and execution of the assigned TCS and partner private jet expeditions, journeys and small jet programs. Focus on trip management includes quality control, health & Safety evaluation, budget management and overall trip logistics to ensure the product properly delivers carefully crafted, unparalleled and meaningful travel experiences. Program Managers work closely with Product Development, Guest Services, Marketing, Field Staff and the Amenities team to deliver the best guest experience.
Essential Job Functions:

Executes innovative programs for the TCS product lines and current partners, including but not limited to the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience and various alumni and museum travel programs.

Responsible for overall trip execution and guest satisfaction components which include, development of excursion options, surprise and delight elements, group meals and galas, special experiences, suite upgrades, transportation, hotel accommodations and services, charters of flights, boats, trains, etc., contingency planning, special diet needs, special occasions, crew arrangements, advance staff itineraries and meetings, tipping plans and post trip financial reconciliation, GSAT and report review and recommendations.

Responsible for assigned trip P&Ls, manages budgets and makes decisions on company spend

Maintains supplier relations and communicates service level, health and safety and compliance requirements.

Manages any trip incidents, emergencies or program variations pre-trip, while a trip is in operation or post trip with limited oversight; for major incidents, works with established Incident Management Plan and team.

Communicates change alerts internally with updates and program revisions

Proofs all assigned trip documentation for integrity of product information

Act as a liaison between operations and our main partners and/or company brands, as needed.

Manages trip check-ins including traveling to check in, and guiding other staff during check in.

Able to travel for the company as needed.

Monitors risk and feasibility for destinations included on assigned trips.

Reports on feasibility, budget variances, GSAT concerns and H&S and Compliance concerns.

Knowledge of all company Health & Safety standards and execution of applicable responsibilities is outlined in the company Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications:

Must have a proven track record managing budgets, logistics (with time zone changes), and guest experience in a dynamic environment

Requires exceptional organizational, time management skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple overlapping trips and conflicting priorities.

Travel experience, particularly to top TCS destinations or via luxury means and aviation experience is helpful but not required.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Requires a demonstrated ability to problem solve and be a proactive thinker during planning and in execution when it is urgent.

Requires exceptional social skills including a well-developed ability to rapidly build rapport with domestic and international vendors.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Salesforce, and Smartsheet (or similar CRM and Project Management systems) is essential.
