- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
Bachelors degree or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
5 Years of experience
In-depth, broad working knowledge of department activities (including laws and regulations if applicable)
Proven strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Access skills a must) with database design and troubleshooting skills. Network knowledge, Visual Basic strongly preferred
Excellent presentation skills utilizing most current tools including Dashboard presentations for diverse audiences, e.g. Senior Management or Board of Directors
Demonstrated ability to analyze laws and regulations
Proven ability to build strong, collaborative business and technical relationships as well as other business partners
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to develop, facilitate and bring to successful conclusion
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to translate information so that users can effectively understand and make meaningful informed decisions
Information processing experience
Experience designing management reports
Analytical and design skills to create, audit and change reporting solutions
Interpersonal skills to work with lending management clients, lending operations sources, IT support staff
Self-motivated; able to work for periods of time with minimal supervision with the professional confidence to know to ask questions as needed
Proficient in Excel and knowledge of databases such as Access

Job Profile Summary
The Information Analyst IV plans, creates, and maintains databases in support of departmental activities. The Information Analyst IV is a valued business partner who has the ability to quickly assess a situation and provide meaningful data and insight to help problem solve, identify opportunity, or develop a course of action. The Information Analyst IV has various technical skills in the application of business intelligence tools (reporting, data management, visualization, data transformation, and geo-spatial mapping tools)
Delivers on all aspects of research, analysis, design, support, and testing in creating reports using various systems and databases
Provides assistance to team members and may assume a lead role within projects
Leads and consults in the planning, creation and maintenance of complex dashboards, database(s) given information requirements in support of department/Company activities to collect, manage, and report information required by management
Creates the most complex reports and analyses presentations for senior management and/or mentor less experienced staff
Provides leadership and may assign work, establish unit goals and objectives for staff Oversees the submission of data from various Company and outside sources such as vendors, compliance agencies and business partners and directs data flow reviews to improve timeliness and quality of information received
Executes upgrades and automated interfaces with data-source areas whenever possible
Oversees and supports the use of various standard computer applications in the department
Provides applications and network training and guidance to department staff as needed
Ensures the design, structure, format, programming and troubleshooting of database(s) is executed timely and accurately
Oversees the maintenance, modification and streamlining of existing databases to meet changing corporate information requirements
Serves as a subject matter expert
Implements upgrades as necessary and automates interfaces with data-source areas whenever possible
Develops user tools/forms to enhance data input and reporting capabilities
