- Provides leadership primarily to Community and Stores
- Oversees and leads a network of diverse Stores while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, supporting project/initiative success and achieving business results
- Possesses expertise in customer, products and channel strategies
- Provides strong governance and stakeholder management
- Executes consumer banking strategies in diverse geographic markets
- Requires deep expert process management and deep expert knowledge of the risk profile for team processes supported, advanced knowledge in identifying, tracking and resolving gaps
- Provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance to others within area of expertise
- Manages and oversees the overall discipline and strategy for their assigned Stores while aligning to Bank's best practices
- Oversees management of team requiring workforce to decision on acceptable level of risk (Moderate to High potential loss and/or reputational risk
- Acts as the second highest point of escalation/contact within the Store and Market for issues raised from customers, other internal groups and/or partners

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Consumer lending experience preferred
- Previous sales and business development experience a must
