What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at TDB Communications, Inc.?
Job description
TDB (A small business that is owned and operated by a disabled veteran) is seeking Certified Nurse Practitioners who are willing to conduct one-time exams, for Veterans seeking a new or adjusted disability rating. These assessments (C&P Exams) are to be performed on an independent 1099 contract basis and the fees paid directly to you.
Veterans are desperate need for assistance for their disability exams and we are looking for providers like you who are looking for supplemental income. Due to the PACT Act, Gulf War Syndrome, Agent Orange and more, that have recently been added to the needs of veteran exams, the VA is five years behind on completing exams for veterans.
- There is no treatment required as this exam will include only a general examination, and medical record review if requested on the initial VA request.
- The opportunity is to support disabled U.S. Veterans
- Providers would be conducting disability assessments on a one-time exam, non-treatment basis.
- FEES will be paid directly to you.
- You will have the right to set your own schedule based on your availability.
- You have the right to refuse any appointment or change your schedule as often as necessary. And we will provide virtual training.
This does require an active state medical license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims to do the Veteran assessments.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please upload your current CV/Resume. We will follow up and schedule a brief call, answer all your questions, and discuss the next steps. We look forward to talking with you more and thank you for taking the time to consider this unique opportunity.
Reasonable Accommodation
TDB Communications complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities. If a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, or to receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact your recruiter.
