The Doyle Group is hiring an Integration and Compliance Manager for our office in Ponte Vedra Beach. The Doyle Group was recently acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher, a Fortune 500 insurance broker, and is undergoing an integration process, which involves connecting the two companies to form one.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take on a multitude of different tasks with a positive attitude, in a fast paced environment. This person will be managing the integration project across multiple business units, including Office Management, IT, Accounting, and HR. The position will require autonomous learning of current systems and processes, as well as the standard processes from Gallagher to be the go-to resource in house during the transition . This person will report to the COO.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office Functions
    • Manage shifting of ordering and office functions
    • Assist in New Office Build-out Management
    • Concur and Egencia Training
    • Requisition processes
  • IT Project Management
    • Computers and Hardware setup
    • Data retention management
    • Application inventory
  • Accounting
    • Assist in execution of new processes
    • Lead migration of responsibilities for trademarks/copy writes
    • Migration of payment processing
  • Learn the Ins and Outs of our new corporate partner, AJG
    • Office and Team
    • Hr
    • Accounting
    • IT

What Success Looks Like

  • Be the point person internally for all AJG compliance and IT integration items. Research and execute tasks independently.
