TDMK Digital is looking for a qualified an Intel Recruiter to join our team to support our intel contracts. This job is 100% remote.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Intelligence Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As an Intelligence Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent within the Intel Agencies, including the NSA, CIA, FBI, and other related organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence recruitment, with 5 to 10 years of experience specifically within these agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates with expertise in intelligence and defense.
• Build and maintain a vast network of candidates within the intelligence community, leveraging personal and professional connections to identify and engage potential talent.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' technical depth, evaluating their suitability for specific intelligence roles.
• Present candidates to client groups in a compelling manner, highlighting their skills and qualifications without overselling or misrepresenting their abilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on talent within the intelligence field, providing insights and recommendations to influence client decisions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and negotiating offers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, particularly regarding security clearances.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of security clearance processes and requirements, specifically related to high-level clearances such as Full Scope and CI Polys.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in intelligence recruitment.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in recruiting within the Intel Agencies (NSA, CIA, FBI, etc.).
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates within the intelligence and defense sectors.
• Strong technical depth and understanding of intelligence-related roles and skill sets.
• Extensive network of contacts within the intelligence community, allowing for efficient candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with presenting candidates in a persuasive manner while maintaining transparency and integrity.
• In-depth knowledge of security clearance processes, including experience with high-level clearances such as Full Scope and CI Polys.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Salary : $79,600 - $101,000
