What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at TDS Global Inc?
- Review, reconcile, and record financial transactions to General Ledger accounts related to Fixed Assets, accruals, deferred income, and Intercompany activities.
- Review and prepare bank deposits and cash receipts.
- Review Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Processes Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Creating Invoices using QuickBooks.
- Provide customer support by responding to billing inquiries via e-mail and phone.
- Assist in revenue reconciliation, bank statement and credit card reconciliation.
- Record journal entries and reconcile corporate credit card expenses.
- Assist in month end financial close and reporting.
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
- Secures financial information by completing backups, keeping information confidential.
- Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintaining MIS activities and submitting all the reports on a timely basis.
- Entering, compiling, verifying, and submitting Pay Roll Data.
- Should have good command of written and oral communication both.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
