Summary
This position consists of performing tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. It also consists of operating tools of all types, cleaning and preparing sites, assisting carpentry, site utility installation, masonry work and general maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean or prepare construction site to eliminate possible hazards.
- Load, unload, or identify materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to appropriate locations, according to project plans.
- Must be able to work independently or within a small team as necessary.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently in carrying out duties.
- Disposing of construction debris.
- Be responsible for personal and project safety.
- Be responsible for project grounds maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a current valid Driver’s License
- Ability to adjust actions in relation to others and flexibility to perform multiple tasks and to change task as needed to address project needs.
