Job Responsibilities
- Grow existing and develop new customers with our attractive photodiodes product portfolio of customized APD’s, PIN photo diodes, quadrant photodiodes, APD-/ PIN arrays and radiation detectors in a dynamic sensor market environment.
- Win projects in focus applications like industrial LiDAR, process automation, safety and security, optical test and analysis.
- Manage your own US key accounts and support sales colleagues within the NA territory. Engage in Identification of strategic photonics projects, clarification of feasibility, definition of specs and provision of all prerequisites to make an offer. Lead and coordinate customer communication related to photonics NBO’s.
- Win strategic and attractive projects supporting our KPI’s based on your application experience, your product knowledge, your value selling skills, sensing market trends and your ability to promote your project throughout the company. Team up with sales colleagues in the regions, product management, engineering and operations for best customer experience.

What your background should look like:
- More than 5 years experience and proven track record of won projects in a similar job assignment (customized sensor sales, photonics, semiconductor technology)
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering or electrical engineering/ physics combined with an MBA or similar
- Skills about commercial contracts, sales of dual use goods
- Excellent Team player, communicator and troubleshooter
