We are looking for several entry-level and experienced handypeople with a background as a property maintenance tech, electrician, painter, plumber, carpenter, craftsperson, landscaper, restoration technician, installer, or general tradesperson. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and will be paired with seasoned employees on larger jobs.

Our Ideal Home Improvement Handyperson/Contractor:

• Experience: Entry-level and Experienced candidates wanted, at least 18 years old. On-the-job training is provided, but you must have some overall knowledge to do various handyperson tasks. We are looking for those with a background as a property maintenance tech, electrician, painter, plumber, carpenter, craftsperson, landscaping laborer, restoration technician, installer, or general tradesperson.
• Problem-Solver: Must be able to troubleshoot issues experienced by the customer and come up with a creative and reasonable solution to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicator: Provide clear and friendly communication before, during, and after home projects.
• Friendly: Being personable and engaging positively with our customers helps instill trust while you are in their homes and working on their property. Confidence in discussing other home improvement or maintenance projects with the customer.
• Active: Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, climb a ladder, and operate basic hand tools.
• Respectable: Professional, presentable, and clean-cut appearance to represent the company well; no obscene or vulgar tattoos or facial piercings.
• Must have your own basic hand and power tools.

• $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
