Job Duties:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Answer the incoming Service Calls
- Identify the customer's wants and needs
- Provide a complete explanation of parts and service availability, warranty, and pricing
- Assist all technicians in fulfilling the parts/service request by looking up the proper parts, warranty availability, and labor times
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Present a Vehicle Inspection Report to EVERY customer
- Follow up with customers who have declined recommended services.
- Utilize xTime to provide menu and service options to our clients
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work alternating Saturdays
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be TEAM and service-oriented.
