This position is responsible for developing business opportunities in the sales of TPS Alert products and services, as well as building sales volume by describing product features, demonstrating uses and promoting value. Representative will maximize profits through creative and selective selling focusing on continuing the TPS Alert’s culture of excellent customer service. Effective team member will establish and maintain customer relationships in a team environment while advancing TPS Alert’s exposure and position within the industry. Primary responsibilities are directed by business and new customer need and organizational goals as identified by the management.
Requirements
Identify new client sales opportunities by industry and use CRM to track leads, opportunities and activity
Contribute to sales strategy such as tactical campaigns, pitch delivery, identifying prospect’s end goals and methods for follow up
Conduct market research and develop sales plans. Update periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from experience
Promote and sell TEAM Companies products and services to a broad range of customers focusing on target goals for the year
Communicate sales plan to management team for analysis and approval quarterly
Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), price inquiries and all other sales related inquiries in a timely manner
Advance TEAM Companies’ exposure and position through strategic alliances and affiliations
Attend seminars, trade shows and conferences as identified
Understand established processes and procedures and suggests changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness for customer experience
Collaborate with other departments to observe/review processes and procedures, specifically to identify gaps, looks for areas of improvement, and identify areas of collaboration for better business strength
Provide feedback to IT to ensure our product is meeting client/prospect needs
Coordinate client/prospective meetings to advance business relationships and leverage sales opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of professional experience or High School Diploma with 10-12 years of professional experience in field or industry
Computer Skills: High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
Other: Expert understanding of strategic planning and production outcome.

5. Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time
