Duties:
- Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure accurate and consistent testing and inspection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality control

Requirements:
- Experience in Code Welding and welding required
- Proven experience in quality control or a similar role perfered
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with HACCP, QA/QC, and FDA regulations
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience conducting quality audits is preferred
