What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Coach position at Team Excel Soccer LLC?
We currently need 1 - 2 youth soccer coaches that have playing experience, at least 2 years coaching experience and applicable coaching licensing and/or certifications. We are looking for coaches who have an interest not only to come and work for Team Excel Soccer as independent contractors but who will genuinely be invested in the short and long term development of Soccer Club of Ridgefield (Ridgefield, Connecticut) youth soccer players.
We have coaching opportunities at all levels:
Fall Season begins August 21st (11 weeks long)
Coaches can choose to work as few as 1 hour a week or as many as 30 hours a week.
- Weekday assignments start at 4:30 and end at 7:30.
Weekend assignments are consistently Saturdays 12:00-3:00 and Sunday games between 12:00 and 6:00pm.
Approximate annual income = $28,000
In addition, coaches can increase their income by working summer camps, spring camps, misc. projects or programs which is considered 'supplemental'. Additional income for supplemental work can range from $200 to $5,000 annually.
The above mentioned allocations are approximate but there should be no reason for a committed coach not to earn approximately $25,000 annually. Keep in mind that all TES assignments with the exception of those on weekends don't start until 4:30 which means coaches can seek a full-time job until 4:00pm during the week if need be.
