About the Role:
Under general direction, you will manage banking products, services, and delivery channels from conceptual stages through research, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking and the product life cycle in support of the Bank's strategic goals and objectives.
- Assists with managing the portfolio of assigned products and the development of new products under the direction of the Group Manager.
- Responsible for evaluating and enhancing assigned actively sold and serviced products, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancements, tracking profitability, and managing technical changes to assigned products.
- Responsible for maintaining awareness of new trends and developments in the market and with banking products by conducting competitive analysis, market assessments, and researching feasibility of new products and delivery channels.
- May develop, implement, and analyze a variety of data from various reporting tools and sources to make recommendations, develop effective cost, quality, operational, and customer satisfaction outcomes for existing or new products developed.
- Assist with articulation of product positioning, key benefits and value proposition. May assist with the creation of business plans, business requirements and assist in developing technical specifications.
- Assist in projects; including assisting with presentations for products and services, development of training material, communications and other information related to product launch.
- Assist measuring and tracking the financial performance volumes against established goals.
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant data analyst and/or product development, management, and/or operations experience, required.
- Intermediate ability to analyze assigned product line and industry trends to optimize products to drive performance, penetration, and pricing.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, the infrastructural components that impact assigned products and services, bank policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation skills, project management skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution.
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing and product development concepts and practices, product lines and potential applications, and customer requirements.
- Intermediate Regulatory and Compliance knowledge.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $43,470 to $89,886, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
