Our firm provides highly profitable and quality driven customer acquisition and sales support services to our client base in the Anaheim area. We are currently looking for an Entry Level Sales Support Assistant to foster the expansion of our clients' products and services in the local area. Our sales support and customer acquisition teams are responsible for utilizing their relationship-building skills to provide not only unparalleled service for our customers but unbeatable sales results for our clients. The Entry Level Sales Support Assistant will be working within a sales cohort and will be required to maintain a full knowledge base of the client they are representing. The Entry Level Sales Support Assistant will ultimately have the opportunity to move into a senior leadership or management position.
The Entry Level Sales Support Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for our potential new leads and anyone one their team working underneath them
- Develop market intelligence on the territory assigned and potential competitors
- Understand and evaluate various market and sales trends occurring within the existing region they are working in
- Be the liaison between our clients and the potential customers
- Develop strong leadership and management skills within the role
- Promote and influence other Entry Level Sales Support Assistants who are excelling within the role
- Drive and record sales daily to allow you the ability to track various patterns in each market
Entry Level Sales Support Assistant Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Must be highly organized and have a strong work ethic
- Juggle multiple tasks daily alongside impeccable time management skills
- Excellent customer service, management, and sales skills are a must
- Excellent public speaking skills or the willingness to learn how to present in front of a large group of people
- Confident when speaking to customers or clients
- Resilient regardless of the challenges or obstacles you may face
- The ability to actively listen and create an ease and comfortability between yourself and the customer
- Maintain a professional demeanor within and outside of the office

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
