Team Velocity is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to support our Corporate Marketing Team. The Graphic Designer is directly involved in the development and execution of B2B marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for candidates who have a desire to contribute to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but perform efficiently as well.
Working closely with a dynamic team of designers and project managers, you will develop eye-catching visual content to support department goals. You will help design and maintain printed collateral, as well as digital assets for email campaigns, landing pages, video as well as social. Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will ensure that all initiatives are executed on time, and in accordance with business goals and established metrics.
Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. A team-player and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude are a must!
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., Eastern or Central time zone preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: email, websites, product graphics, video graphics, social media graphics, printed collateral and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas
- Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, the design team, and content experts to deliver compelling creative with an emphasis on visual storytelling and user interaction
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years’ professional experience in the graphic design field OR a creative portfolio of work across various print and digital channels that shows competency
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent design and typography skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys collaboration, working as a team and has a sense of humor
- Ability to work independently but also follow direction
- Flexibility to work extra hours on special projects
Compensation
