In this role, you will take ownership of capacity & marketing forecast plans and execute those plans daily to effectively deploy a strategy and operations center of excellence. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across the organization to provide valuable insights on improving efficiency on our larger supply and demand business function. This is a high-profile role that interfaces frequently with executive management while building out both short-term and long-term forecasts to drive company growth.

About the team: Strategy & Insights is a smaller subset of the larger Marketing team. Our primary objective is to strategize, plan and package all marketing source KPIs in a clear and concise format ready to be consumed by teams across the organization. You will join two colleagues in a fast paced, self-starter environment and work with top executives to ensure we reach our high-level company goals.

What you’ll do:

• Forecast agent capacity plans to align with marketing production at an intra-day, daily, and monthly basis to meet or exceed company revenue and margin goals while balancing agent hourly costs with volume
• Provide strategic direction to drive improvements in marketing and sales KPIs like LTV/CAC and cost per marketing qualified lead
• Lead, grow and maintain a deep understanding of high level strategy on effectively staffing and operationalizing a call center agent workforce
• Analyze real time data using spreadsheets, various financial models, Tableau and other analytical tools to make data-driven decisions and improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with the Sales, Finance and Work Force Management teams to align on planning strategy
• Collaborate with Finance on company fiscal goals and build marketing plans to beat them
• Monitor and provide performance recaps on volume trends, costs and conversions on a regular basis

 What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of work experience in business operations, consulting, marketing, or analytics that revolved around driving insights along with significant Excel expertise
• A love for leveraging your problem-solving skills to harness data to drive continuous business improvements
• You not only effectively, creatively, and quickly solve complex problems, but you gain buy in from stakeholders to sustain your solutions as well
• You're positive, optimistic, and ready to lend your expertise to solve challenges across the organization
• You’re a self-starter that can identify potential issues and work cross functionally to proactively create solutions
