Compensation – $50,000 depending on experience

Technology Company needs a reliable, well-organized General Manager for day-to-day operations. The GM will assist with the general duties of running the business and working with our customers, and internal team members. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who will bring order and energy to our organization.
Responsibilities:
Managing the scheduling and progress of engineering projects with customers
Managing the Help Desk execution of Tickets to resolve with customers.
Daily maintenance across the network is being completed each day.
Part of the leadership team
This is someone who can apply common sense and process to solving issues.

Requirements:
· Previous experience as a manager
· Experience in managing projects
· Experience in working with a team and holding individuals to their company expectations.
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

- Technology Expertise. ( Only Microsoft excel, the outlook is required.)
- Any expertise in firewalls, antivirus etc.
