Lead Dock Worker

TeamOne Logistics has a Full Time Opening for a Lead Dock Worker working the night shift in Tracy, CA. Our Dock Lead will also provide Class C 26' Box Truck backup coverage as needed.
Position: Full Time Dock Lead
Night Shift: 10PM – 6:30AM Sunday thru Thursday
Location for the Position: Tracy, CA
Pay- $25.00 Per Hour
40 Hours per Week Guarantee - No Work Refusal
Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and encouragement for a team of 2-3 dockworkers
- Load and unload freight for dedicated routes
- Proper use of liftgates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading of freight
- Scanning freight
- Safely secure freight for transit
- Meet loading schedules for driver dispatch
- Back-up Class C 26’ Box Truck Driver for drivers scheduled off
Job Requirements:
- Must have 1 year Lead or Supervisory warehouse experience
- Must have 4 months Class C Box Truck driving experience
- Must have valid driver’s license Class C
- Acceptable MVR and Background Report
- Valid DOT Physical or willing to obtain
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must be proficient in use of devices such as smartphones, tablets and warehouse scanners
