What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Director position at Teams NYC?
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Director to manage our portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities in multiple states. In this position, your key responsibilities will be to monitor receivables and aging reports, manage business office staff and/or Regional BOM Managers, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Required to have a minimum 5 years experience in Healthcare Accounts Receivable as a Regional BOM Manager or A/R Director in a skilled nursing / rehabilitation / Post- Acute setting.
- Experience with Healthcare billing systems, common working files, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care billing, resident liability, renewal, Medicaid Pending, resident trust management, and be familiar with CMS regulations.
- The ability to multi-task between projects, payer types, and month-end-close deadlines.
- Strong month-end-close experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to understand, problem solve, track, and verbalize troubled/growing accounts and payor types.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work with business office managers and manage staff.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Able to communicate with confidence to executive leaders.
