MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a Sr. Property Manager for a client in San Antonio.
Duties
- Manage Financial reporting and GL for multiple properties.
- Detailed focus. Timely reporting needed.
- JE's, reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Month-end close.
- Analyze and explain the P&L
- Team oriented approach. Be a positive collaborative influence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting and/or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years commercial property accounting experience
- Experience with MRI and/or Yardi a plus
- Good communications and organization skills
