8-10 years of experience
At least 2 end to end implementations of SAP CS/SM
Knowledge of Process Flows in SAP Service solution including awareness of SAP
1909
Experience configuring and delivering SAP solutions with Service Contracts;
Warranties; Notifications; Repair Orders; Service Orders; Pricing; Resource related
billing.
Experience working with business process flows for consignment sales.
Experience working with functionality of Equipment; Serialization; Task lists, SAP
Installed Base
Experience with HP ALM tool.
SAP experience in the medical devices, biotech, healthcare or Pharma industries
Experience with validated systems
SAP’s Solution Manager, including process and performance monitoring
Understanding of the ASAP methodology
Knowledge of integration with ServiceMax is a plus..

Responsibilities:
Engaged or worked with multi-national clients having global presence
End to End Implementation experience, Upgrade Knowledge, Enhancements,
Development, Rollout and Production Support experience in below modules
Works with the appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines
Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
Provides technical and functional expertise for development projects
Should be able to interact with the developer and communicate the requirements.
Understand and evaluate business requirements, identify the changes to the
template and translate them into functional specification and technical design.
Should be able to explain the functional requirements to the developer
