With our client you will experience a quality of life you won’t find in the hotel and restaurant industry. When was the last time you had a weekend or major holiday off? Our Chef Managers work primarily Monday-Friday with *most* evenings and weekends free. We do provide catering services to our clients and occasional night and weekend events will occur.
Our dining programs are dynamic and exciting. Do you want significant creative input in your menus? Our Chef Managers have daily interaction with the students, teachers, and administrators. This communication plays a large role in creating the menus for the students they feed each day.
The Chef Manager is responsible for all aspects of the dining program including:
· Developing and maintaining Client and Customer relationships
· Producing top quality meals
· Managing and training your staff
· Financial reporting
· Implement and maintain HACCP standards
· Creating a positive team environment
· Ordering and inventory
· Delivering budgeted financial results
· Deliver top notch catering results
Qualifications:
· Three to five years of culinary management experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost control knowledge
· Culinary degree preferred but not required
· Knowledge of current food trends
· Strong work ethic and integrity
· Passion for service
