Teazzi is a vibrant and growing boba tea shop dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious, and refreshing tea beverages to our customers. Job Summary & Mission

As the Store Manager, you will be crucial to the Teazzi Sunnyvale team. You will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience by preparing and serving our signature boba tea beverages. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also train and mentor new team members, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to a fun and positive work environment. You and management will work together to create a scalable operation that will ensure operational efficiency, happy customers and employees, and a profitable business as we move forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily operations: Manage day to day store operations. Be responsible for supervising employees, building the shift schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing inventory, managing financial performance, and maintaining the safety and security of the store. * Manage the team: Hire, supervise, and retain Baristas and Shift Leads. Continuously provide coaching and feedback to employees while contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment. Lead and oversee training for new employees. * Be the role model: Demonstrate operational excellence by exemplifying the model employee. Skillfully prepare boba tea beverages, demonstrate safe food handling best practices, greet and assist customers in a friend and welcoming manager, and take customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness: Keep the workspace and equipment clean and sanitized at all times by following food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain the attractiveness of the store’s interior and exterior. * Monitor inventory: Manage inventory levels, including tea leaves, syrups, toppings, and other ingredients. Report inventory needs to management. * Champion quality: Ensure that all beverages meet quality standards and are presented attractively. * Foster Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Communicate effectively with colleagues, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise and working collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

*Ability to independently manage day to day store operations *Effective time management and delegation skills *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously *Leadership experience in managing an efficient team and with coaching, training, and giving feedback to employees *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Have sound judgment and effective problem solving skills *Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen *Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed *Passion for boba tea and a willingness to learn and master the art of boba tea preparation *Previous management experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required *Be able to push, pull, and lift up to 20lbs on a regular basis and 40lbs occasionally *Huge plus if you can speak Mandarin Chinese

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $27.00 - $32.00/hour.
