All Responsibilities associated with Developer – Level II
Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established ServiceNow IT SDLC methodology and standards
Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with ServiceNow standards and client needs
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
At least 4 years of hands on experience developing software in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools
5 years of experience in software application development
Holds certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow Application Developer
Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
Collaborate with BSAs, QA, PMs and adopt a product management mindset and build - don’t just take orders
Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, JAVA, SQL, and building REST/SOAP APIs
Desirable skills - HTML, CSS, Angular JS or React JS and JQuery
Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects in Agile environment
Can use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant and Jenkins or equivalent
Has high coding standards & can maintain them even when the pressure is on
Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
