TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Provide contracts administration support to PEO IWS 3.0.
Use knowledge of Navy procurements to budget, plan, and execute contracts; allocate funds; and manage CLINS/SLINS.• Use knowledge of Navy procurements to budget, plan, and execute contracts; allocate funds; and manage CLINS/SLINS.
Develop J&A and other documents to support contract management.
Assist with the contracts and procurement process by developing procurement packages, reviewing and editing Sections B through J, tracking required procurement actions, developing Procurement Requests, and performing contract closeouts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
5 years of experience.
SPS or PD2 experience required.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
