Troubleshoot system problems, routine administration tasks, end-user support, PC operating system configuration support & software installs & upgrades.
Provide IT support for laboratory instruments and support end-users in the laboratory environment.
Manage network printers and printer support vendor.
Job Qualifications & required skills
BS in Management Information System/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2 years’ experience working in a helpdesk support environment
Experience with helpdesk ticketing system(s).
Ability to configure and deploy systems with a disk image/cloning application.
