How you make an Impact

• Accurately count product and place it in a bag, box, or conveyor belt for packing.
• Lifts and carries products, as needed, weighing anywhere from 3lbs to 20lbs.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area is always maintained.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Adhere to Tech Packaging’s COVID-19, communicable disease control safety guidelines.
• Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, Bending, and lifting.
• Other duties as need.
• 90% of your time Scheduled will be spent Packing reading dates, smaller product into a larger box, or packing smaller boxes inside larger boxes and placing on a pallet.

What you need to succeed at IFS

• Punctual with schedule

Physical/Environmental Demands

• Ability to frequently lift 10lbs and occasionally 50lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to a 10-hour shift, over time based on business needs.
• Hand/Eye coordination.
• Must be able to constantly twist, bend, carry, balance, push, pull, reach overhead, and stoop.
• Must be able to follow standard operating/work methods and practice safe work habits
• Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures
• All plant positions are required to stand, practice frequent motion of extremities and withstand exposure to heat and cold for extended periods of time.

• Two 10 minuet breaks and a full 30 minuet unpaid lunch break.

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to count accurately.
• Experience within a Warehouse/Distribution Environment
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
• Punctuality with a demonstrated attendance record
• Experience working in team-oriented environment
• Must have dependable and reliable transportation
• Must be able to understand basic English

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing.
