Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Product Packager to join our fast-paced production team. This role is crucial to our operations, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack and box products for shipment, ensuring all orders contain the correct products, packing materials, and labels.
• Assemble or select appropriate boxes for each order.
• Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring all packaging specifications are met.
• Read orders carefully to comply with any special customer requirements.
• Print and attach packing slips to boxes, ensuring proper documentation is included.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area daily.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Basic packaging skills, including the use of hand tools, tape machines, and other packaging materials.
  • Familiarity with materials, production processes, and quality control.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and RF scanning.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Regular use of hands and wrists to perform tasks.
  • Frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles in a production environment.
• Noise levels can vary from moderate to high.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
