Job Summary:
The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for keeping accurate ADP Payroll administration, companywide timekeeping, HRIS related activities and Benefits administration. Must have knowledge of FLSA standards involving timekeeping and providing training to managers and team members as appropriate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Administration of company payroll and timekeeping systems with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail for all employees.
· Ensuring that all timekeeping data is as accurate prior to each payroll run date.
· Obtaining employee data necessary for timekeeping and payroll management.
· Loading data into HR information system and performing necessary maintenance.
· Supporting core HR processes that are affected by timekeeping policies and standards.
· Ability to understand and communicate timekeeping issues and the interconnectedness of payroll adjustments, ongoing payroll maintenance data, bi-weekly payroll processing schedule, and critical payroll processing deadlines.
Education / Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in related field
· 2 more years of experience in Payroll.
· 2 years of experience with timekeeping systems.
· 2 years of experience in using ADP and E-time system.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
