Position Responsibility:
The Supply Manager of this US Army program oversees all management, manages the projects supply system within the standards and requirements of US Government Supply regulations and directives. This will require a working knowledge and experience working with but not limited to, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) FedMall, the TACOM Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). Must also be to manage all processes to procure parts not available within the US Government supply system. This will require purchasing from other sources such as commercial and Ukrainian sources with the approval of the Contracting Representative. Performs reporting requirements, in accordance with the contract requirements, to include monthly performance reporting, inventory reports, inspection/timesheet reports, property reports, and others relevant to the performance of this contract. This position is responsible for planning according to increased output requirements in conjunction with corporate management.
- Meet and communicate with the local Government customers on a regular basis regarding contract requirements
- Foster good working relationships with the Government
- Ensure that Parts orders are filled within the mission time frames established by the contract, to include short term surge missions
- Ensure all assigned personnel are properly licensed to operate equipment that they are required to operate
- Ensure personnel have completed proper qualifications, training, physicals, and security requirements
- Ensure all assigned personnel conform US Army and environmental, and host nation Laws and regulations
- Work with Corporate Human Resources (HR), Site HR in accordance with company policies and applicable governing work requirement of the host nation
- Ensure all test equipment and tools issued to employees are properly inventoried and controlled
- Perform functions related to program planning, funds control, data collection and analysis, and control techniques
- Ensure Authorized Stock Levels are maintained and that adjustments are recommended based on demand history
- Ensure all consumables are procure and on hand to ensure no disruption in the mission
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of six years’ experience. Preferably in the European theater
- Must have a current US Passport
- Must meet the requirements to receive a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must have experience working with the US Army Class IX supply system

Salary : $59,300 - $75,100
