Overview

TMR, Inc. seeks a Program Manager responsible for providing leadership and management direction of the project or task order to include integration of all project activities and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct client interface and any problem resolution.
  • Drive coordination, standardization, improved maturity and a tighter integration across the SPPI functions and with other workstreams.
  • Responsible for keeping focus on key priorities while being flexible and adaptable to be responsive to emerging demands.
  • Provide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) level Program Management.
  • Establish and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure and monitor performance against a Project Plan and Schedule for all BPA tasks.
  • Establish team operating procedures and protocols.
  • Develop Program Plans.
  • Meeting support: scheduling, logistical set up, meeting material preparation, and meeting minutes.
  • Action Item Tracking and Management.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a collaboration site.
  • Document processes.
  • Technical editing and review of deliverables.
  • Responsible for ensuring the on-time completion of task deliverables and activities.
  • Communications Support for briefing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or relevant functional area to include Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts.
  • 10 years of experience with Program Management
  • PMP Certification
