The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of Phillips and/or Siemen's imaging equipment background.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Troubleshooting high-end medical imaging systems and equipment
• Investigating and repairing issues with medical imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, software, and mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Providing support for software issues associated with imaging systems
• Supporting end-users by conducting training programs and providing software support
• Providing support for system relocations, installations and de-installations, including ramp down, reinstallation, ramp up and calibration
• Providing exceptional interaction with radiologists, technicians and physicians to keep them aware of new and existing imaging solutions, manufacturer safety alerts and updates
• Providing medical imaging equipment technical support via web and telephone
• Performing imaging system inspections, system preventative maintenance, calibrations and quality assurance checks utilizing ISO 13485 and industry standards
